the orientalist 1000 sounds lotus torrent

When i was in college i listened to an album called 1000 Sounds Lotus by The Orientalist that blew my mind. After some years of search, i rediscovered it and along with this album came a wirlpool of memories.
This is a glorious mish-mash of cultures, tones and stylings, all held on a tight leash of pelvic rhythms. Vastly entertaining third otherworldy fun fun fun from beginning to end. It can be described as ambient, trip-hop, electronic,
dub and so on, and so forth. It is more than that. For me it was a great experience
and i hope it will be for you too. :)
