Plot: Frank DeSalvo (Loe Rossi) is a star witness for the prosecution and the only living witness set to testify at a grand jury criminal investigation hearing against a reputed mobster Vic Luca (Rip Torn). When the hired gunman (Lance Henriksen) is sent to eliminate DeSalvo like other witnesses the plot gets fouled up by a mistaken home address.The hired killer enters the wrong house and wacks Jack Collins'(Jan-Michael Vincent) best friend instead. When DeSalvo's not there he kidnaps Collins' son for insurance against DeSalvo's testimony thinking it's his son. Jack forms an alliance with Leo and they set out to find Jack Collins' son and square up with Luca, the hitman and the F.B.I.
