Contains: More or less everything available that was published directly by, or in
collaboration with, or on behalf of, the CBLDF, which includes not only
the original quarterly newsletter and the recent anti-censorship-themed
publications, but also a series of lesser-known and less tightly
focussed story collections published during the early 2000s.

Note that whereas in total, there are about twice as many releases, I
went through all of the rest, and this is what was left over after
throwing out lower-quality versions with essentially duplicate content.

In the case of the 2008-2012 "Liberty" comics and annuals, the 2014
reprint volume included here offered superior quality but was missing
one of the stories and a bunch of the pinups, and I went to the trouble
of gleaning those bits and pieces from the original editions to include
them individually... for your unstinted reading pleasure! ;)
