"I Run to You" is the title of a song recorded by the American country music group Lady Antebellum. It is the third single released from the group's self-titled debut album Charles Kelley, Dave Haywood, and Hillary Scott, who comprise Lady Antebellum, co-wrote the song with Tom Douglas. The song was track #19 on the compilation album, Now! 31.

A music video was directed for the song in March 2009. Directed by Adam Boatman, it features the band singing in a small hotel room and features different kinds of people in various places.

Lady Antebellum is the self-titled debut album by the American country music trio Lady Antebellum. It was released on April 15, 2008. Its lead-off single, "Love Don't Live Here" was released in late 2007 and entered Top 5 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts in May 2008. A second single, "Lookin' for a Good Time", was issued in June 2008, and peaked at #11. "I Run to You" followed as the third single from the album in January 2009.

The album has debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums charts and #4 on the overall Billboard Top 200 charts. It was the first time that an album by a new duo or group debuted at #1 on Top Country Albums in its first week of release.

The album debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200 and at number 1 on the Top Country Albums Chart, after selling 47,000 copies during its first official week of release, and making Lady Antebellum the first country group to have their debut album enter the Top Country Albums at #1. It has been certified gold by the RIAA for U.S. shipments of 500,000 copies. As of May 2009, the album has sold over 594,782 copies.
