Workdone:
First off I used PRiORiTY encode because I like the way it looked. It just needed some brighting up. I did a few filter here and there for the video and for the audio I ran it threw a denoiser to get rite of that cracking noise which worked out good. I cant here it anymore. I also ran some audio enhancements to bring out the audio. Audio sound alot better.
