Sinopsis

Joan Burrows (Angela Bettis) vuelve a su pueblo natal después de 16 años, cuando consiguió escapar de las garras del psicópata Ernie Bishop (Ben Cotton), el enterrador que torturaba y asesinaba adolescentes, encerrándolos en el sótano de su funeraria.Joan se convirtió en la heroína local porque llegó a matar a Bishop en su huida, pero a su regreso alguien empieza a imitarle y varios adolescentes, entre los que se encuentra su sobrina, son secuestrados.Joan decide seguir las huellas del asesino, sin embargo, una serie de desdichadas coincidencias hace que la policía la detenga como principal sospechosa.
