Tijuana Toads cartoon torrent

I think wikipedia is wrong about there being 17 shorts, because I can't find the one. possibly one was released under a different name at some time. The one I can't find is just called "Tijuana Toads" with no other title. I've never seen it... can't find a description of it.... anyone know of it/where to find it?
