I took a x264 + AC3 BlueRay rip (very hi-rez) and used mencoder to bring it down to a nice format a standalone Divx player can handle. Unfortunately, my Philips DVP-5140 DVD+DIVX+WMV player only supports up to 720x480, so this fails on that device...
