Additional notes
Zakk Wylde got his musical career started from playing guitars for Ozzy Osbourne. Zakk sent in a tape because a photographer for Zakk's former band, Zyris, said he would pass it on to Ozz. Ozzy got the tape, and just passed it as "another Randy Rhoads clone." Later, Ozzy's drummer, Randy Castillo, suggested Zakk as a recruit for Ozzy's vacant guitar position. Ozzy remembered his tape and told Sharon to call Zakk out for an audtion. Zakk went out for the audition and said before he even had his guitar tuned, Ozzy hired him.
