The Russian video was the best quality I could find although it is missing ~5sec in middle and ~1min at end which has no effect on story.

Work Done:
Converted mono R channel direct audio to L+R channel
Used a stereo imager and harmonic exciter to widen lows and highs keeping mids center for fuller sound
Adjusted audio levels
Cut,stretched audio and synced every 10min.to match russian video.

UPDATE: I just noticed while sitting down and watching it all the way through I missed a section from 1:14:00 to 1:22:00 where sync is off approx1sec. Not a big deal since it was not an action sequence but just a lot of dialogue which makes it seem like a foreign movie dubbed in english for that short section. So don't worry it will return in sync.
