A police detective (Steven Bauer), who has to testify against a Las Vegas mobster's son who killed a cop, has to be hidden away for his safety until the hearing. Placed on an Indian reservation, he gets mixed up in a serial ritual killing being investigated by an Indian officer (Irene Bedard) and falls in love with her half-sister (Charlotte Lewis), a half-breed whose father was an Englishman.

Keep your eyes on Robert, played by Barry Donaldson. He's the only good thing about this movie. As we all know: it's a witch, man.
