I found an old copy of this movie lying around on a VHS tape, recorded off cable some 22 years ago. Since this movie has not been released on DVD, and it doesn't seem to be online anywhere, I converted my copy.

The tape did not age very well, and was very jittery (image jumps vertically). I wrote a quick VirtualDub filter that significantly reduced the jitter. Unfortunately, even with that, the result was still jumpy and a proper 3:2 pulldown was not possible. I decided to reduce the frame size to 352x240 while leaving the frame rate as 29.97. The jumpiness is still there but it doesn't look terrible. Encoded as Xvid 2-pass with a 400MB target size for video, LAME 128kbps CBR stereo audio (although the source tape is actually mono).

The result is watchable, but not much more than that. My upload is slow, so it may take some time to initially seed this. Oh, and the movie is crap, nothing I can do about that :)
