The Troll crown prince, Bu, isn't really up to troll standards: he only has one head, his nose is too small, and he says "Please" and "Thank You". Exiled from the upside down world of the troll kingdom, he is taken in and accepted as a Gnome by a family that teaches him the true meaning of Christmas.
