Synopsis:
When the Reverend Cotton Marcus (Patrick Fabian) arrives at the farm in rural Louisiana Sweetzer Louis hopes to make another \"exorcism\" of the typical routine disturbed religious fanatic. Sweetzer, a fervent fundamentalist, has been in contact with the charismatic preacher as a last resort, believing that her teenage daughter, Nell (Ashley Bell), is possessed by a demon that must exorcise before her ordeal eventually became an unimaginable tragedy.

Unable to endure the pangs of conscience that bears make money after years of desperate believers, Cotton seeks with his team filming a documentary confessional you want to be his last exorcism. However, upon arriving at the family farm, completely covered in blood, will soon become evident that nothing could have prepared him for the real evil that is there. Now it\'s too late to turn back, the Rev. Marcus will be tested when their deepest beliefs, along with his crew, have to find a way to save Nell, and themselves, before it\'s too late .

Sinopsis:
Cuando el reverendo Cotton Marcus (Patrick Fabian) llega a la granja de la Luisiana rural de Louis Sweetzer espera realizar otro “exorcismo” de rutina al típico fanático religioso perturbado. Sweetzer, un ferviente fundamentalista, se ha puesto en contacto con el carismático predicador como último recurso, convencido de que su hija adolescente, Nell (Ashley Bell), está poseída por un demonio que es necesario exorcizar antes de que su terrible experiencia acabe convirtiéndose en una tragedia inimaginable.

Incapaz de aguantar el cargo de conciencia que soporta tras años de sacar dinero a creyentes desesperados, Cotton pretende filmar junto a su equipo un documental confesional del que quiere que sea su último exorcismo. Sin embargo, al llegar a la granja familiar, completamente bañada en sangre, no tardará en hacerse evidente que nada podría haberlo preparado para el auténtico mal que allí encuentra. Ahora que ya es demasiado tarde para echarse atrás, el reverendo Marcus verá puestas a prueba sus más profundas creencias cuando, junto a su equipo de rodaje, tengan que encontrar una forma de salvar a Nell, y a sí mismos, antes de que sea demasiado tarde.
