Story:
A chip stopped the Soviets to be identical to the British prototype capable of supporting the electromagnetic radion a nuclear explosion. The British suspect industrialist Max Zoin has leaked information to the Russians. When James Bond is sent to investigate, he finds that Zorin is stockpiling chips and, mysteriously, drilling near the San Andreas fault.
