Nadat hij zijn verloofde verloren heeft in een auto ongeluk, neemt de suïcidale Max (Nick Stahl) met tegenzin een baan bij zijn vaders warenhuis. Wanneer zijn collega\'s op gruwelijke wijze worden vermoord, begint Max een mysterieuze jonge vrouw te zien in spiegels, die wanhopig contact met hem probeert te zoeken. Hij is bang dat hij zijn verstand aan het verliezen is en dat hij het volgende slachtoffer wordt.
