SORRY I ran the original disk through convertx to dvd and it duped the frames somehow. I was trying to take just the main movie off the disk cause there were alot of video files that was'nt the main movie. So I just copied the disk to my harddrive untouched. I apologize cause I checked the video with my player but was only skipping through the movie making sure the entire main movie was extracted. Stuffie informed me there to many duped frames to touch it. So i burned it to dvd and watched parts of the to copy I had and the convertx to dvd one was flickering. The original one I saw and did'nt remember any flickering so I poped that in and it was perfect. So all in all I ****ed up. So I am uploading again but it is the untouched video. Sorry did'nt mean to mess your ratios up.
