Bob Dylan - Blood on the Tapes (FLAC) Outtakes torrent

Bought in a Grateful Dead lot for $2. Says "Columbus" and "promotional issue", "not for resale. Definitely outtakes, but played well. No clue as to lineage.

Was up late with hiccups, found disc cleaning, forgot I even bought it. XRecode 2 ripped disc to Flac easily, sounds ok for unknown source.
