A secretive arm of the British Secret Service is spying on a mysterious sect who may be leaking secrets. An agent agrees to become a 'revenant', a dead agent, who can communicate from beyond the grave. The plan fails, so the nerd-ish Malcolm, a psychic investigator, is brought in to help.
