Overview: Legendary kung fu villain Hwang Jang Lee is a corrupt police captain in the pay of foreigners. The abduction of Mrs. Phillip's dog, Rover, puts Hwang under pressure. Searching for a scapegoat, they find Mr. Chan, a poor umbrella-maker and with promises of riches he agrees to take the blame. Chan's daughter, Man Suet Yi, distrusts the officials and asks her boyfriend, Phillip Ko, to investigate, and he uncovers a web of deceit and corruption.

Two of the ultimate martial arts stars, Hwang Jang Lee and Phillip Ko, gather together in combat for some mesmerizing battles. Only Hong Kong filmmakers can make such an amazing film out of a nothing storyline. First class!
