I used XLD for Mac (CDParanoia Mode) log included,
Flac extracted with XLD at 0 compression, fastest, best quality.

Tracks 2, 14-16 from disc one woud not ripped with paranoia mode
I checked with a sound editor (Amadeus Pro), they look and sound OK!

I also had to rip tracks 16 and 17 from disc two separetly, this time Paranoia
mode worked, very strange!

Sorry no artwork.
