====================Instructions====================

I found no easier way of ripping this; so I just ripped the whole DVD [which was around 7GB] into an ISO file.

Simply get your virtual dvd/cd drive program [MagicDisc, Virtual Clone Drive, PowerISO, etc] and mount the ISO file.

Once done, just double click the DVD drive; if it doesn't automatically start up.
It takes a while to start up; and if your computer isn't very fast; I would recommend going to the Task Manager, and increasing the priority of AVENGEDSEVENFOLD.EXE.
