This concert was part of a series of cultural events to celebrate the 500 Centenary of the discovery of the New World (in Spanish "discovery" is a synonym for invasion, massacre, bloodshed and pillage. Yes, our language is THAT rich. LOL). Joaquin Rodrigo's concert is a very nice piece of work and Paco delivers as usual. I find his rendition faster than other versions. No surprise here. All in all a great concert. A must have for Paco fans or Aranjuez maniacs.
