Synopsis:
Moh. Azharuddin scores a century in his 99th test match but immediately afterwards faces allegations of match fixing as his name has been linked to a London based bookie. As he is banned for life from Cricket, Azhar decides to fight the case in court.

In a parallel story we learn about Azharuddin's life, of his two wives Naureen and sangeeta Bijlani and his passion for cricket.
Comments:
A film that seeks to absolve Mohd. Azharuddin of the match fixing charges levelled against him by no less than the rival skipper Hansie Cronje. Although the film makes a valiant attempt, the controversies still remain, for the CBI still feels that Azharuddin was let off, but there was sufficient indication of his guilt. Emran Hashmi does a good job copying the mannerisms of the real Azharuddin and cricket field scenes have been skilfully photographed. Despite all this, the drama does not fully come out and the film seems to progress very slowly to its dreary and predictable end.

Overall a film worth watching if you are an Azharuddin fan and if you want to know his side of the story.

A reasonably good DVD which only needed a very slight color correction. There is unfortunately a lack of detail in the DVD, but we have tried to extract the maximum for your viewing pleasure. A careful adjustment of grain also increases the visual quality. Please note that this rip is shorn of all advertisements etc. Which is why the length is 2 hrs & 02 minutes.

As this is a HEVC rip, we were able to use the extra compressibility to reduce the size to just 700 MB. The quality can be seen from the sample and the screenshots that we have provided..

Be aware that this rip (and all HEVC rips) will not play on many standalone players. You need a compatible standalone video player. You can of course stream it to the large screen TV using a streaming device. On your PC please be sure to use the latest version of video players (VLC (2.1.5 or higher) or Media Player Classic (Ver 1.7.9) or SMPlayer (14.9.0) will work. Earlier versions may not).
