Ships can now freely transfer/pick up Ore from ships and planets, letting you move ore around.
Phasite no longer works on Mono overpopulation.
Nylli GUI no longer shows 0 pressure caps on the UI, since they do not have any pressure caps.
Fix issue with the nickname box on the multiplayer menu FUBARing the UI.
Fix not being able to see what empires another empire is at war with in their diplomacy tab tooltip.
Fix some rounding issues and bugs in various numbers on the UI.
