Due to a DMG Creation software the background image with the serial # may not be displayed. In this case follow this steps:
Mount the DMG with a double click, open terminal and use the following command:

cp /Volumes/Parallels\ Desktop\ 6.0.11994/.DropDMGBackground/Tnt_Parallesl.jpg ./Desktop/

the image will then be copied on your desktop.
