Notes: First off, tried and failed wi 3 different filters to fully remove the flicker. They wouldnt work correctly. I believe this is due to the flicker being horizontal as opposed to the usual vertical tearing.

Work done:
Filtered and deblocked the video. I readjusted brightness/contrast/gamma and tweeked the colours up a bit.
Audio i filltered out most of the hissing, raised the volume and rebalenced. Be warned, IMAGiNES audio's not great in this.
