The text begins with eight pages of short lessons about thrust, lift, drag, the parts of an airplane, and how they affect the flight of each model. Chapters follow with step-by-step directions for several airplanes. Note that these are directions only, not full-size traceable or cut-out designs. Many of the designs require complex consecutive folds and/or measuring, cutting, and taping. Churchill incorporates helpful hints for launching and flying each model.
