Beschrijving:

Het schijnt dat de Amerikaanse president gegijzeld wordt gehouden op Vegan, een geheime basis op de maan.
Zijn plaats op aarde wordt ingenomen door een kloon.
Gelukkig aarzelt de US Marshall Service niet en stuurt haar beste man: Richard 'Dick' Dix (Leslie Nielsen).
Al snel raakt hij betrokken in een complot waarbij alles waarin hij gelooft 'maar nooit echt heeft begrepen- op losse schroeven komt te staan.
Dix vertrekt samen met Cassandra Menage, een afgezante van Vegan, per Space Shuttle naar de maan om de president te redden.
Na een hevig gevecht met buitenaardse wezens weten Dix en Cassandra de president naar de aarde te smokkelen.
Maar niet wetend dat de boosaardige Dr. Pratt alles in scène heeft gezet en juist deze president een kloon is!
Na deze ongelofelijke blunder, terwijl de tijd wegtikt en het lot van de vrije wereld op het spel staat, probeert Dix wanhopig zijn fout goed te maken'.
