New In Chess (NIC; New In Chess) is a Dutch Chess Magazine; published since February 1984 in Amsterdam in English. 8 issues per year. Editors in Chief - Dirk Jan ten Huizendem and Jan Hendrik Timman (since 1984). The magazine focuses on international chess life, publishes games of major competitions with commentaries, materials on the history of chess, various interviews, and so on.
