Доп. информация: предлагаю добрякам полный комплект достаточно интересной австралийской симфо-проговой группы Unitopia. Добрейший asderas уже раздавал первый диск, поэтому кто уже скачал, забирите только второй ДВД и картинки.
На первом ДВД записан концерт группы в голландском городке Zoetermeer 2010 года, на втором находятся концерт на ТВ в Лимбурге, Голландия (туда вошли 5 песен, из которых одна не исполнялась на главном шоу), документалка с тура в Беконсфилде, столице острова Тасмания (по идее Тасмания — это ж дыра дырой, а как прилично выглядит), всякие моменты "позади сцены", и пара кусочков из других городов того же европейского турне, непонятно чем снятые. На буклете есть заметки от Шёна Тиммса, одного из основателей группы. Много букв, но большая часть — благодарности всем, включая оператора и шофёра... Поэтому переводить не стал. Хотя один момент был небезынтересен. Тиммс пишет: "Всё, что вы увидите — практически так и было в тот вечер, за несколькими незначительными поправками. Во-первых, я тогда был болен и не очень хорошо спел, поэтому весь свой вокал перепел заново. Во-вторых, мой Хаммонд звучал как-то плоско, поэтому я его тоже перезаписал. Затем Марк кое-где пел неразборчиво, пришлось пофиксить. Потом ещё у Крэйга в некоторых местах пропадала бас-гитара, мы это всё поменяли. Мэтт в одном месте пропустил кусок гитарного соло, мы его заменили частями со студийки. А Дэйв однажды потерял барабанную палочку, и мы сделали copy/paste предыдущего куска записи... Ещё мы полностью переиграли 'The Great Reward', потому что она звучала чуть медленнее, и заново исполнили начальную секцию у 'The Garden'. Но зато всё остальное — это в точности как мы играли в тот вечер, честное слово!"
Ну да. А в остальном, прекрасная маркиза...
Педантичные ребята, фигли. Что попало не выпускают. Так что посмотрите, добряки, должно быть в кайф.

What you have in your hands is the very first live DVD by Unitopia. We're very proud of it and hope you enjoy watching and listening to it as much as we did putting it together.

In any project of this magnitude, there are many people other than the band who make this all possible.

Firstly, Nick Gielkens, our tour promoter in Europe, who, along with Jon Vis, organized the whole video shoot at the Boerderij. Thanks to you both... it wouldn't have happened without your hard work and belief in our music!

Nick... many thanks for organizing the European leg of the tour. We couldn't have done it without you. John... thanks for doing an amazing job of the filming, not only at the Boerderij, but also in Heerlen and at the, Blues Cafe!

Thanks to Paul De Ruiter (...turn left!!!) our driver and stage manager and all round wonderful person. You looked after us big time and planted the seed for the filming in the first place. Your great attitude, sense of humour, brilliant driving, translation skills and hard work will never be forgotten.

Bert Treep... thanks for taking the pictures for the DVD. If we were to use all of the great shots you took, it would fill a very large book!!! Thank you for your generous spirit and belief in our music.

Ian Ritchie... your talent is only exceeded by your generous nature, driving skills and good looks! Thank you for choosing to be such an integral part of Unitopia, not only on this tour, but in the future.

Matt Arnold, you are a legend my man. You worked tirelessly and with great enthusiasm and have done a fantastic job of editing all of the vision into an excellent representation of what happened on the night.

Janine... my producer at Timms Tunes, who only went slightiy insane after the amount of times she had to listen to the soundtrack while I was editing and mixing it.

Patsy... what can I say? You are 'The Queen Bee' of Unitopia!!! Never have I known anyone apart from us who has such a passion for our music. Your encouragement, hard work and belief in us is beyond belief and words are not enough to express the gratitude we feel for having уоu in our lives.

Lastly... to everyone who was at the show and everyone who used their hard earned money to buy this DVD. THANKS!!!! You make it all worthwhile!

What you'll see and hear is a very close representation of what happened on the night with a few minor exceptions.

I was feeling pretty ordinary with a virus that night and my vocals were less than stellar, so I redid them. I felt it was better to hear me singing at my best, rather than a croaky, warbly worst.

I also replayed the Hammond parts as the organ I had hired sounded very thin.

Mark got a couple of words tangled here and there, so we fixed these. Contrary to popular opinion, 'Tesla' was not 'born at the toke of midnight'!

Craig had his bass muted at one point, so this was replaced.

Matt missed one small section of his guitar solo on 'The Garden', so I replaced it with the original recording.

Dave dropped a stick at one point, so I copied and pasted an earlier bar.

At the end of the show, we re-did 'The Great Reward', as I felt that the earlier version was a bit slow, and the opening section of 'The Garden'. The rest is exactly how we performed it on the night.

On a more personal note, you wouldn't be holding this DVD in your hands had it not been for the amazing commitment and dedication of all of the band members, especially my partner and good friend Truey. I can't think of a better person to share my dream with than him.

On behalf of the band, Mark, Matt, Dave, Tim, Craig, Ian and myself, we sincerely hope you enjoy our first effort and with your support, hopefully there'll be many more to come.
