JOLIN RAS is a DJ/producer based out of Vancouver, Canada.
he is most known for being behind the 1's & 2's giving the listener a taste of the timeless classics, helping them reminisce of distant
memories - while still projecting the sounds of the future.
Not long ago Jolin Ras came into contact with the idea of making music with samples from records (falling in love with the roland sp series, later the mpc). His curiosity of wanting to make music with samples led to fully writing and creating sounds with real instruments, as well as various synthesizers and found sounds. “My main goal as an artist when creating music is to take the listener on a journey of my own dreams and life experiences of what I have heard or have dealt with in the past, present, or future.”

ˌmedəˈfiziks/
noun
the branch of philosophy that deals with the first principles of things, including abstract concepts such as being, knowing, substance, cause, identity, time, and space.

"We are all dreamers in this world and life. Reality is all but a dream. The dream of the planet, but just as we were created - we have the power to be individual artists, and create our own personal dreams. We have the power to manifest ideas, emotions, actions, which in the end is all interconnected to the planet, as well as the universe.
We are connected like a web, every action has a consequence, which includes every thought. Unconditional love, peace, and harmony is all we really need, and must emit from our spiritual being. Its never too late to manifest your dreams to light - light is energy, and energy is life"
