An official release of an album, recorded to a tape nearly 30 years ago by the legendary band from Leningrad, USSR.
Kofe were the pioneers of the new wave, they also were the first ones to bring breakdance music and electric boogie to the soviet rock scene. The "Balans" LP by Kofe contains lots of the hits of their rather short musical career.
