Other topics include modelling, managing parameters, templates, and the difference between family types and catalogs. You will get hands on with a few different family types, from furniture to columns, electrical sockets, and pipe fittings. Finally this video tutorial covers annotation, detail components, and importing foreign data. By the conclusion of this computer based training video on Revit Families, you will have a deeper understanding of the process involved in creating and managing families, as well as hands on experience with actually building families.
