English subs situations:
I couldn't find any decent English subs. The typesetting and overall translation aren't great, but they're still definitely better than HIDIVE.

Encoding details:
Things have changed a lot since my first encode of this series a few years ago.

The Blu-ray quality is terrible. The applied sharpening is way too strong, and the resulting haloing/ringing is almost impossible to completely remove.
On top of that, the sharpening wasn't just applied to the base image but also to the noise layer, creating a really unpleasant visual effect. There's also a fair amount of banding.

I tried to fix all these issues as best as I could without ruining the lineart. With the filters currently available (and without putting an insane amount of effort into it), completely getting rid of that halo just isn't easy.
