Description

Second de deux coffrets de trois CDs compilant les compositions de Brian Eno entre 1974 et 1993. Avec Box I: Instrumental, ces compilations sont une excellente introduction à l'œuvre de d'Eno.

Cette compilation se concentre donc sur les chansons d'Eno. Le premier CD réunit presque toutes les pistes de Here Come the Warm Jets, le premier album solo d'Eno, et de Taking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy), tous les deux parus en 1974, et les 45 tours Seven Deadly Finns et The Lion Sleeps Tonight (Wimoweh). Le second CD réunit presque dans leur entièreté les albums Another Green World et Before and After Science. Finalement, le matériel du dernier CD provient surtout des albums My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts, Nerve Net, Wrong Way Up et My Squelchy Life, un album dont Brian Eno a choisi d'abandonner le lancement.
