番組内容
**江東区の巨大団地「南砂住宅」。
人口増加で住宅事情がひっ迫していた１９７０年代に造成された団地だ。
ここにコロナ禍で途切れてしまった団地祭があった。
６年の沈黙…。それを破ろうと２０歳の大学生が立ち上がる。
生まれ育った団地を盛り上げたい。
大学を休学し、幼馴染の仲間とともに実行委員会を結成、自治会や商店街の協力を得ながら準備を進めていく。
音響や照明の調達、盆踊りの練習、ボランティア集め、、、山ほどある課題を乗り越えていく。
果たして、祭りは華々しく復活を遂げることができるのか。**
