Sorry that these files don't work on Plex, go bitch on their Feature request thread, or use Jellyfin with it's flaws with Anime metadata.

Also if you use the Video app that comes with GNOME, you will have issues with episode 5, I tested with vlc and Jellyfin and neither of them had issues with it.
