Basic work: I heavily synced all the subs and muxed them to the video, then re-encoded the video from MP4 to MKV. The subtitle link has a variety of subtitles; I selected the best ones. I also included the synced subs separately, and they should work (as far as I know) with the WEB-DL release from DragsterPS. If anyone can improve this, feel free to do so.
