The other torrent was not completely sourced from Manga+ like stated in the description and actually included fan scans. Here is the actual complete series from Manga+.

On Manga+'s website, everything between chapters 4-136 can no longer be read in the US, Canada, or the UK due to licensing. You can, however, read those same chapters in English if you are outside of the US/CA/UK. Or you can just download this torrent and read with your favorite reader.

Udon Entertainment will be publishing the series in English with a new translation. This torrent has been made to preserve the Manga+ translation in case they completely pull it from their site.
