Notes:
Mux with Kawaiika video and MTBB subs. XIG Fansubs were used for commentary for episodes 1-17 and 20-23. Shuuaku for ep 18 and Mirrored Translations for ep 19.
The 24 bit Japanese FLAC tracks were downconverted and dithered to 16 bit using sox, reducing some of the bloat.
Modified OP/ED subs (removed "Part One", "Part Two", and etc. + did a couple other fixes) and added them to the NCs.
NCOP4 has two audio and sub tracks because one version is a duet. For version 2, the duet, I retimed and snapped the lines to keyframes.
