Fujisaki Kana (Fujita Ena) performs as a singer/songwriter while doing modeling for magazine pinups, but remains mired in obscurity and has a mental breakdown from stress. One day, she hears a forbidden melody in her head that enables the listener to kill other people, and goes out to kill people in earnest.
