Turns out that the new ISO rip had a broken menu on VLC and other video players since it didn't use Makemkv for the ripping but when you remux the DVD through Makemkv the episodes come out good
This is the only solution to watch the original Geneon DVD releases all untouched alongside this DVDiso upload that just only has Episode 15 broken
