TL note: I don't remember if this just started last episode, but Crunchyroll has been translating 魔界 (makai) as both "demon realm" and "hell". I don't think there's an actual separate hell, distinct from the demon realm, but if it turns out that CR's translator guessed wrong then we'll just rewrite the offending lines for the batch(tm).
