TV encode.
Subs and raw patches.English subs in 1-2 days as usual.
Since someone asked the last time and I don't know if they saw the updated description: The original TV airing is 1440×1080i, 30 frames/s, with a duplicate frame every five frames. The TVer web stream is 1920×1080p, 30 frames/s, with a duplicate frame every five frames, but also
half of the rows are thrown out and redrawn from the remaining rows so the
effective resolution is only 1920×540 and it's also extremely bit-starved. This encode is an upscale of the TV airing to square pixels, with the black bars cropped away and duplicate frames removed (1920×1012p, 24 fps).
Also, no, I'm not going to include Japanese closed captions (even though the ABC airing has them). I would normally include CCs when there's no work needed to be done to them, but here it's additional work that disrupts my subtitling workflow.
