Conversion to constant 23.976fps, Heavy denoising, and debanding. x265 CRF16.4
Converted to 23.976fps CFR to ensure best hardware compatibility, although at the cost of some judder due to more duplicated frames and lost frames.
The amount of denoising and debanding applied will have almost certainly wiped some details, but the goal of this release is just "good enough" quality with a massive file size reduction over JySzE's excellent quality release.

Audio is encoded with qAAC at q82 with some exceptions where q100 or q109 is used for a few episodes where the English track was too low bitrate.
Obviously reencoding the English track isn't the greatest thing to do since it was originally from a lossy source, but leaving it as FLAC was not an option for this reencodes goal.

Changed the set language of the Full English subtitle track to be Japanese to differentiate it more easily, so those who want English Audio and the Signs & Songs subs can just set their players preferred languages for audio and subs to Eng Eng and those who want Japanese audio and Full English subs set Jpn Jpn.
