The incomplete manga include:

Original Chronicle The 1st has the first six chapters translated. There are 28 chapters overall.
Gears of Destiny Material Musume only has one chapter that's been translated. There are two volumes overall.
Material Musume - Innocent hasn't been scanlated at all. There are four volumes overall.
Force has 30 chapters translated and the manga is on "infinite hiatus" (basically cancelled).
Force Dimension hasn't been scanlated at all.

The ReadMe file contains a list of each manga, its status, scanlation group, and source.
