Yoko Ishida - Hyper Yocomix (25 August 2004) torrent

This is the first of three (I think) eurobeat anime theme remix albums released by Yoko Ishida. For each track I’ve put the name of the source anime in parentheses, and whether the remix is of the opening or ending theme. The insert booklet lists this info but I don’t own a scanner. Geneon Entertainment released this album within the same fourteen months that they merged with Dentsu and formed a number of contracts with Funimation and Viz Media to release various anime of theirs. It’s not really uncommon for an anime-related label to also release music, but the timing of this album was interesting since Geneon was in the middle of racking up intellectual properties.
