This project was put together because the only web source for Pokémon pre-Sun & Moon in Japanese, Amazon Japan, is incorrectly decimated to 23.976fps, making it awkward and jerky. This particular torrent includes episodes 1 through 28, the episodes featuring the first opening and ending themes (plus episode 24, which aired a year late, but we opted to include it here for the sake of continuity). The big majority of the video comes from Korean Netflix, with the few remaining parts (title cards, eyecatches, Oak segments, opening logos and sponsor cards) taken from TV recordings.
