Everything PPP-Raw releases is from laserdisc source. At the time of ripping, no DVD or Bluray souce is known to exist.

Project notes:
This disc was an oddity I’ve never seen before. Instead of being a standalone release, Ultra Nyan was a double release with Ultraman Zearth 2. That’s how it was shown in theatres as well, but I own a number of 30 minute anime movies that were shown in bundles, and those were all separated into their own discs. What’s more, Ultra-Nyan 2 has been reissued on DVD, but the original has not been. I’m guessing there must be some weird licensing thing that explains all of this.

Unfiltered high bitrate DVD conversion is included for archival purposes. Because this was tacked onto the second side of Ultraman Zearth 2, you’ll see a few seconds of that on the DVD conversion before I skip to the proper chapter.
